Sandwich Professional Firefighters Local 2196
The Sandwich Professional Firefighters Union Local 2196 is dedicated to serving our community. Our members provide fire suppression, emergency medical care, and help to any of our citizens in need of aid.
We believe that, along with the safety of our community, we are also obligated to serve in other ways. The Local 2196 General Fund provides scholarships to college students every year. We host community events like Easter egg hunts and pictures with Santa during the holiday season. We also donate money to families in need after fires and we make numerous donations to local charities. In addition, we provide support to local families affected by breast cancer during the month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
We often partner with local businesses and organizations for fundraisers and events. We appreciate the members of our community, and we value their support of our effort to help our residents.
Any donation to our general fund or participation in our events allows us to continue to give back to a community that has given us so much. It’s an honor and privilege to serve the town of Sandwich.
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
